Description
A vegetarian and vegan snack
alternative to meat made from rehydrated soy protein.
It can be used straight from the freezer in any plate recipe, in place of ground beef.

Keep frozen below 18°C. Once thawed, use within 24 hours.
Cooking Instructions:
Oven Cook: Remove sleeve and lm lid but leave vegetarian sausages in the foil tray. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place foil tray with 6 vegetarian sausages onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 16 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: Remove all packaging. Preheat grill and wire rack to a moderate heat. Place 2 vegetarian sausages directly on the wire rack and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
