Description
BURGER MIX is a delicious, healthy, 100% vegetable and easy to make substitute for ground beef, rich in protein and fiber! Simply add boiling water, let sit for 5 minutes and the mixture is ready to use just like regular ground beef.
Cooking Method:
Mix the entire contents of the bag with 1 and 1/5 cups (approximately 300 ml) of boiling water, stir well and let stand. 5 minutes. Use as ground beef: form patties or meatballs, brown in a pan for tacos or spaghetti bolognese, stuff a bell pepper, or serve over rice and vegetables.
